Sports Training Program
Elite’s sports training program brings the same methodology and intensity used with professional athletes to support and prepare our athletes. A leader in performance training for the area’s top athletes, Elite Sports and Fitness prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing;

Training also includes nutrition, regeneration techniques to improve performance and educates athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices will improve their overall performance. As a athlete, you’re challenged every day to perform at the highest levels against the best competition in the country. Being prepared physically and mentally is essential to gaining a competitive edge and enjoying a successful career.
Athletes work in small groups up to 9 athletes with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
We offer our sport training in 2,3 or 4 days a week programs.
Programs run depending on the season 1.5 to 2 hours.
L.I.T. (Life Improvement Training) / Group Training
Elite’s L.I.T. / Group training program provides a condensed version of our very popular Sports Training Program. The goal of our L.I.T. / Group training program is to improve the quality of your daily activities. Elite achieves this by designing a program that improves mobility, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
If you are looking to feel charged and confident that you can handle what ever your day throws at you. Then this is the program you have been searching for.
The L.I.T. / Group training program is 1 hour in length 2 days a week. Call for times.
Elite’s Personal Training is for the individual who wants perfection in every training session. Under Elite’s expert staff they will guide you through your custom workout to maximize your success.
Personal Training cost $70 for the hour.

Elite’s In-Season training is for the athlete looking to maintain their competitive edge through the season. In Season Training is for the athlete that just completed a Sports Training Program and is participating in an upcoming sport. Elite focuses on mobility, flexibility, along with strength training to preserve the athletes gains from the off-season. By focusing on these three components and removing our conditioning component we are able to put a healthier athlete in sport.
